metallic minerals

non-metallic minerals

  2. Nitrogen, potash, mica, gypsum, coal and petroleum are the major non-metallic minerals.
  3. Impurities are very less in non-metallic minerals. Therefore, there is no need for refining.
  4. Non-metallic minerals are poor conductors of heat and electricity.
