In this method, when pressure is applied to the victim’s back, the air inside the lungs comes out and by removing the pressure, the fresh air outside goes inside the lungs. Thus, the victim is helped in breathing. Keep repeating the above actions at the rate of 10-12 times per minute till then. Until his breathing becomes normal.

(b.)second position
In this method, clean the mouth of the victim thoroughly. Now by placing a fine cloth over his open mouth and closing his nose with one hand, fill the air in his mouth with a forceful jerk in his mouth. And also keep in mind that the air gets out and his lungs swell. Remove your mouth to let the air out. Repeat the above actions at a rate of 10-12 times per minute until then. until his breathing becomes normal. While filling the air with forceful blow, the lungs of the victim inflate and fresh air goes in. When the mouth is removed, the air inside comes out. Thus, the victim is helped in breathing.
Nowadays, out of the above mentioned methods, the third method is more popular, because this method can be started immediately.
(4.)By artificial respirator
In this method, a breathing apparatus is used to give breath to the victim. In this device, air is filtered through a suitable rubber valve and enters the chamber. There are inlet and outlet valves, which open and close by pressing and releasing the rubber valve. Its Under this, air is sent inside the victim through a mask placed on the victim’s mouth. This is a very simple process. In this, the rubber valve is operated 15 to 20 times in a minute.
